We are in a complex socio-economic context, in a new age thinkers say many seasoned observers. The paradigm tells us that we must move forward to the society of talent, knowledge economy and culture of innovation and entrepreneurship. In this new paradigm of the Western world, new challenges that are not exempt of difficulties and disputes. this new paradigm is needed to reset various models that have no function correct, both the state model, the framework and the production model requires significant adjustments to deal with an economy sufficient guarantees to support and benefit from economies of our geographic area.
But this will be important to equip a new challenge to organizations and institutions that deal not only with the production model, but also with the model of social and ideological development. This new challenge is being able to learn from the environment. Organizations can not remain oblivious to what surrounds them: a changing economy, seeking continuous improvement, rapid changes in technology, production processes and social etc.

Therefore organizations must rethink their organizational models, share information among its members, establish the necessary relationships to detect any changes. There is technology that allows us to have intelligent models if the technology is embedded in a flexible and cooperative structure within the organization.
